Well, since the last journal entry, I completed these series.

In addition, my group Batsu-Geimu decided to drop Saiunkoku Monogatari 2 because of the overloading on our prime encoder, Seven. We have added the new series Kurokami to our subbing list and I am also working on several OVA's with Some Random Fansubs (SRFS). SRFS' first release, Kara No Kyoukai 4, was released a few days ago, with me translating under the name Allasakar.
Also, I'm going to make an attempt to revive a few of serial stories, as I need to get back in practice.

The World of Fansubbing

The world of fansubbing has a surprising amount of behind the scenes drama. The first group I worked with, Mayu, has pretty much lost all it's talent - including myself - due to issues with the leader and his immediate cronies, whom we lovingly call 'the Lumpsquad'. In some ways I'm responsible for that, though mostly it involved pointing out the obvious problems and taking advantage of them to drag the talented ones into my own group, Batsu-Geimu.
I must admit the fall in quality once I and my allies left was kind of gratifying, and I don't know whether you would call that a charitable feeling... in fact I'm about ninety percent sure you

Well, I haven't been present in DeviantArt for almost two months now. The primary reason is, quite simply, I'm doing something that takes up so much time I don't have any left over for messing with my online stories. I have been translating as a fansubber for various groups, including Mayu, Ashes, Batsu-Geimu (started this one myself, no releases yet), and as a translation checker for m33w fansubs. The projects I've been working on are as follows, listed by group.
